How do I use Sun Drenched Scrubs?

What is the difference between a sugar scrub and a salt scrub?
Sugar scrubs are generally gentler and better for sensitive skin, as the granules are rounder and dissolve quickly. They are great for all-over body exfoliation. Salt scrubs are more abrasive and perfect for tackling tough, dry areas like feet, knees, and elbows. Salt also contains trace minerals that can help purify and restore the skin.
How often should I use my scrub?
For most skin types, using a scrub 3–5 times a week is perfect for sloughing off dead skin cells and locking in moisture. If you have sensitive skin, start with just once a week.
Can I use these scrubs on my face?
Our body scrubs are formulated specifically for the body. The skin on your face is much more delicate, and the exfoliant granules can be a bit too harsh. We recommend keeping these for neck-down use to ensure your face stays happy and irritation-free, although many customers have reported using it on their face without any issues.
How long do your products last?
Because Sun Drenched Scrubs are made with fresh, natural ingredients, they typically have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months. To keep them at their absolute best, try to keep excess water out of the jar.

Are your scrubs suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! We prioritize nourishing, high-quality ingredients. If you have sensitive skin, we highly recommend starting with our sugar scrubs, as they are milder than the salt varieties. As with any new skincare product, always do a small patch test first if you have known allergies.
How should I store my scrub?
Store your scrub in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. While they are designed to be used in the shower or bath, try to scoop out what you need with a dry hand or a small spoon to prevent water from pooling inside the container.
Why is there oil sitting at the top of my scrub?
Separation is completely natural! Because we don't use harsh synthetic emulsifiers, the nourishing oils may separate from the sugar or salt over time. Simply give it a quick stir with your finger or a spoon before applying.

What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are completely unsatisfied with your Sun Drenched Scrubs purchase, please reach out to our customer service email within 14 days of receiving your package, and we will work with you to make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are handcrafted in small batches and typically process within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes an additional 3–5 days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our hands.
